Tobias is a whimsical bear with a bit of steampunk Bavarian flair! He has been crafted from traditional sandy blonde sparse mohair and delicately hand-dyed mohair for his belly, the fronts of his ears and the underside of his tail. He is partially stuffed with poly-pellets to give him a slightly weighted feel, has hand-dyed velvet paw pads and features three cogs stitched to his chest. Tobias has enchanting glass eyes that are hand-painted, and decorated with delicate felt lids, a hand stitched nose in matching complementary colours and wears a khaki and brown suedette hat embellished with an antique gold clock charm and a matching backpack, decorated with cogs, in which you'll find the key to his heart!

Barbara-Ann Bears are made by talented husband and wife team of Barbara-Ann and Andy Cunningham in Scotland. They are known around the world for their creative, colourful and wacky designs! Barbara hand-dyes her own mohair and fabrics, and as nearly every bear is a one-of-a-kind creation, no two are ever the same! Andy has the painstaking task of embroidering the noses. This is done from many layers of co-ordinating, soft-cotton tapestry thread, which perfectly complement the bear's mohair.
